A. Bi-monthly Morning Quiet Retreat
Come and set aside time to be with God in prayer as we learn to prayerfully review our day with gratitude. What are some things you can give thanks to God for? How can you respond with gratitude despite the circumstances in your daily life?
We shall also review how God has been working in our life, our relationship with Him, our family and friends in the first half of the year and how God may be directing us in the second half of the year.

B. A 15-day Gratitude exercise (23 Jun to 7 Jul)
This is a 15-day Gratitude exercise to cultivate a grateful heart. Find the blessings for which we are thankful for in each day. For each day, send to the group of participants a photograph taken or a picture drawn by you and a short note expressing your appreciation to God and His blessings.
