This is a 15-day Examen Exercise to cultivate a grateful heart.

Find the blessings for which we are thankful for each day. On each day, send to the group of participants three things you are most thankful for and one thing you are least thankful for. For the one thing that you are least thankful for, what might your response to God be as you review your day? Participants are also encouraged to attend the Bi-monthly Morning Quiet Retreat on 20 June.
